To downgrade your plan contact us in chat.

Click in the bottom right corner to open the chat

2️⃣

Click on Send us a message

3️⃣

Click on Other

4️⃣

Now click on Downgrade subscription

⚠️ Important

In order to downgrade to the plan, you must have the resources in line with those in the plan you selected. You will need to verify that your social profiles, media storage, and utilities are within the limits of the plan you want to select.

For example, if you currently have the Growth plan and have connected 20 social profiles, for the downgrade to the Starter plan to be successful you will first need to remove the extra 5 social profiles.

Finally, select the new plan and confirm that you have verified the resources. Your request will be taken care of and within 72h you will receive a confirmation email. Your downgrade will be active from the next subscription renewal.
