From the Dashboard click on Upgrade

You can see the active plan, you can upgrade to a monthly or annual plan
3️⃣
Once you select the plan you are asked to choose whether you want to upgrade at the next renewal or immediately, with recalculation of available credit
📌 Note
When you switch to a higher level plan, you have the option to make the change effective immediately or at the end of the current billing cycle.
If you decide to make the switch immediately:
☑️ A recalculation of your available credit based on your current plan will be implemented. That is, you will get a discount on the new plan based on the unused time in your current plan.
☑️ Your subscription will be restored immediately. You will get all the features of the new plan immediately, and your next renewal will occur one month (or one year, if you chose an annual plan) after the upgrade date.
If you decide to make the switch at the end of the billing cycle, it means that on the renewal date you will be charged for the newly purchased plan and at that time you will have access to the additional resources. Until renewal, the current plan will remain valid.

Once you have selected when you want to make the transition to the new plan, it is important to make sure that resources are properly aligned
⚠️ Important
Plan resources must be aligned correctly.
You will need to check that your social profiles, media storage, and users are within the limits of the plan you want to upgrade to.
If you are switching, for example, from a monthly Growth plan to an annual Starter plan, make sure the resources are properly aligned. The monthly Growth plan includes 3 users, if these are in use, to switch to the annual Starter plan, which includes a single user, you will first need to delete two extra users.
Once you successfully upgrade you will see the success message in the upper right corner.
