Creating text or hashtags templates is very useful for all posts that always use the same captions or hashtags.
Instead of going to enter them manually you can insert the template into the post whenever you want.
Step-by-step guide

Click on Post
2️⃣
Click on Templates in the right side menu
3️⃣
Click on Create template
4️⃣
Name the template, choose whether it is a caption or a group of hashtags, enter the template in Template Text, and click Confirm
5️⃣
When you want to use the template just click on Templates in the left side menu, you will see all the saved templates, then, click on Add next to the specific template you want to use for your post
6️⃣
The template will go into the text box of your create post
