Create the content for your customer
2️⃣
Click on Labels
Add the label “drafts” to your post
3️⃣
Click on Preview to go back to your post
Click on Create Post and then Schedule
4️⃣
Choose a publication date and time then click the X to exit
Note
Doing so you are NOT going to schedule the post but you will assign it a date and time, only once the client has approved the content you can schedule it quickly

Click on Create Post again, and this time click on Save draft
6️⃣
Go to Calendar, click on the label symbol and select the label “drafts”
Now you can see all your posts in draft, directly in the Calendar with their date and time of intended publication
7️⃣
When the client approves the content, you can schedule it directly from the calendar
Click on the post in drafts and then on Edit
The post reopens in the post creation area, make changes if required, finally click on Create Post, Schedule, the date and time are already selected, click on Schedule again
