You can only change your email if you are NOT logged in through Google or Facebook.
Step-by-step guide

Click on you Account
Then, click on Settings
2️⃣
Here click on Edit next to the words Your email
3️⃣
When you have edited you just click on Confirm
4️⃣
Once saved, you will receive an email to the new email address to confirm
Here just click on Confirm Email and the new email is confirmed
