Workspaces are individual spaces, allowing you to keep the management of several customers in order.
Using workspaces correctly is mandatory for the Brand Voice feature to work.
The division into workspaces allows you to:
➊ Link your social profiles to a given workspace
➋ Upload media to a given workspace
➌ See the scheduling of calendar posts in a given workspace
Step-by-step guide

1️⃣
To manage your workspaces click on your Account
Then, click on Settings
Finally, click on Workspace
Note
By default, on your account, there's an initial workspace called "your personal workspace", which you cannot delete.
2️⃣
To create a new workspace click on Create workspace
3️⃣
You can insert the workspace name and an image (optional) to make it easily recognisable
Tip
Insert the brand name with its logo, this will help you in organising your work within Asters
4️⃣
When you connect several social profiles to Asters, you are always asked to assign them to a workspace
Tip
If you selected your personal default workspace when connecting profiles, don't worry, you can always move profiles from one workspace to another at any time!
5️⃣
To move a social profile from a workspace to another, click on the Folder icon
6️⃣
Choose in which workspace you want to move the profile and click on Move profile
7️⃣
To manage your workspaces, go back on your Dashboard and at the bottom left you will see which workspace you are currently working in
Note
All media and posts you upload while working in a specific workspace are only visible and usable when you are in that workspace.

At any time you can change workspace by clicking on the workspace logo at the bottom left and selecting another one
